WPA has active committees to which all members are invited to serve.
These are the current committees:
Exhibitions/Program Committee --
(Committee Chairs: Judy Grochowski & Karen Wick) --
Rresponsible for organizing two annual exhibitions of Members' work at venues throughout Wisconsin, as well as other interesting and educational programming that would be of interest for Members.
Membership Committee --
(Committee Chair: Debra Patterson)
Responsible for all aspects of member-ship and meetings.
Hospitality Committee --
(Committee Chairs: Sheryl Zirbes, Kathy Kamin & Janis Kruk) --
Responsible for the Annual Members' Picnic and Paint Out, and all food and beverage requirements at the Exhibitions.
Marketing/Public Relations Committee --
(Committee Chair: open) --
Rresponsible for promoting WPA, and the annual exhibitions.
Website Coordinators --
(Julia Pagenkopf & Cynthia Dirtzu)
Newsletter Editor --
Our Board members serve for two years. The primary officers are the President, Vice President, Recording Secretary and the Treasurer.
We also have Honorary Directors, who are selected by the board on the basis of merit.
A number of Master Pastelists may be designated as honorary directors, subject to their consent to serve the WPA in this capacity.

The WPA Board meets on the 1st Wednesday every other month, in February, April, June, August, October, December. All members are welcome to attend.

The Wisconsin Pastel Artists is a dynamic group of artists working in the pastel medium. Our members come from all over the state, and from a wide variety of backgrounds and experience.
So you don't have to be a professional artist to join. We always look forward to seeing new faces and talent !
