Our judge for the evening was Jerrold Belland who has won over 100 awards in various art exhibitions. His work hangs in hundreds of private and public collections. In 2012, he won a Racine Art Museum fellowship.

Chris Behrs won Best of Show for: "Green Beans, Yellow Beans West Bend Farmers Market."
Jeanne Panka won First Place for "Cornfield, Lone Rock."
Karen Brittain's "Silence" won Second Place Award.
Julia Pagenkopf won Third Place for "Water's Edge."
There were two Honorable Mentions:
Judy Grochowski for “Foreboding Skies - Plein Aire - Horicon, WI” and
William Church for “High Country Trail.”
And three Merchandise Awards:
Patti Belbin for "Woosh," Marcia Gorra-Patek for "3 Tiny Views,"
and Suzanne Manthe for "Sensory Overload."
OUR SPRING, 2019 EXHIBIT - "Raw Energy" - was held at:
The Roberta Avonn Fiskum Art Gallery, James R. Connor University Center,
University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from May 15 - June 14th.
We shared gallery space with Tony Armendariz, a renowned watercolor artist from Illinois and the juror for the WPA show. We are very appreciative that Mr. Armendariz agreed to be the judge for this show. Please check out his website here.

Suzanne Manthe's Searching for Blue Bonnets was awarded Best of Show and Artists' Choice awards (image not available).
Julia Pagenkopf was given First Place Award for Sands of Time. Breakwater Sunset by Chris Behrs won Second Place award.
Bobbie Brown's Kickapoo Valley Reserve won Third Place award. Kathy Kamin won an Honorable Mention for Gourd Play.
